Quotations are EXTRAORDINARILY rare in scientific writing--perhaps one in every 50
    manuscripts (just a rough guess here but you should get the point!).  If you decide that one
    is absolutely necessary then you must provide the year:page number for the quote as indicated
    correctly on this link.
