4th Annual University of Arizona Food Safety Conference

You, your students and colleagues are invited to attend the fourth annual University of Arizona Food Safety Conference, sponsored by the UA Food Safety Consortium. The 2013 Conference will include distinguished speakers representing growers, processors and safety regulators from a diversity of food industries including Hickman Farms, Shamrock Foods, Western Growers Association, the Institute for Food Safety and Health, Centro de Investigacion en Alimentacion y Desarrollo (Research Center in Food and Development; Culican, Mexico) and the Arizona Department of Health Services. Researchers attending the workshop will have the opportunity to interact with stakeholders and learn of current food and water safety concerns and research needs.

The 2013 Poster Session for presentation will highlight current Food Safety research at the University and will include valuable cash prizes for the top posters.
