Cooperative Extension Fall Workshop: Terra Cotta Pot Irrigation

Oct 18 2014 - 9:00am - 10:45am

Tired of dragging around your water hose? Want to supplement your irrigation? Then this class is for you. An olla is an unglazed earthenware vessel that allows water to seep into the soil to water a plant efficiently. Learn the history of the olla, what it is, how to make one, and how to use it in your landscape. All supplies are provided and you will leave this workshop with a finished product and all the information you will need to maintain your creation.

This event is open to the public. Registration is required (and can be filled out at the link below).
