The Gila County Cooperative Extension office is
a resource of Gila County residents to identify insects or disease
on private and/or public lands. Please consult this website and
additional links for answers to your questions. If you can’t
find an answer or need help identifying your insect/disease please
e-mail or call regarding your question.
Samples can be packaged and sent with your contact information
and a detailed description of the tree species, location, collection
date, time, and the surroundings and condition where you obtained
the sample in an airtight container to: 5515 S. Apache Ave., Suite
#600, Globe, AZ 85501.
If we cannot identify the sample it will be sent to the University
of Arizona entomologist. Your sample container will not be returned.
