Jeff Kraft is currently a senior working towards a B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology. He is originally from Tucson but his family now lives in Phoenix ("where it is nice and warmer"). He started working in the Larkins lab in June of 2000 helping Dr. Brenda Hunter with characterization of maize opaque mutants. His future projects in the lab are not determined as of yet, but since he is now a protein expert (from extraction to westerns), he might be involved in further studies of the maize gamma zein mutants. |
