This informative workshop will focus on designing a passive and active rainwater catchment system for a residential landscape. Bring a sketch or site plan of your property to refer to during the workshop. The Tucson Water Single Family Residential Rainwater Harvesting Incentives/Rebate Program is offering two rebate funding levels (up to $2,000) as incentive to install water harvesting on residential properties. For more information, please click on the above link (in blue).

This workshop is mandatory to qualify for the rebate.

Pre-Registration Required.  If there is space available in the class or on the waiting list, you can access it through the REGISTER button (in green, under the map).

Those who come to class but are not registered may “stand-by” and participate IF space is available (class size is dictated by fire code).

Those who are on the waiting list have priority for “stand-by”.

Did you know that 1/3 of typical household waste water can be re-used as gray water for landscape plants? If you’d like to participate in Tucson Water’s Single Family Residential Gray Water Rebate Program and receive reimbursement (up to $1,000) when a permanent gray water irrigation system is installed in your home, then you must attend this 2-hour workshop. It focuses on design, operation and maintenance of a gray water system.  Instructor: Lincoln Perino
