NATIONAL MAYOR’S CHALLENGE FOR WATER CONSERVATION! Apr. 1-30
Pledge online to save water. If Tucson is a top 5 city, you will be entered into a drawing for great prizes! We are in a tight race with Corpus Cristi. Go to MyWaterPledge.com to sign up!
The Challenge is a friendly competition among U.S. cities, started by mayors in Florida and southern California. It became a national event in 2012. Tucson residents “pledge” by completing a brief online survey on the ways they can or do save water and energy. The Challenge is sponsored by the Wyland Foundation, Toyota, and other partners.
Drawings for prizes are only from the five winning cities. If Tucson wins and you have pledged and entered the prize drawing, you are eligible for:
- Grand Prize: Toyota Prius Plug-in
- $1000 Shopping Spree at a Home Improvement Store
- 50 Smart Irrigation Controllers from The Toro Company
- 40 EcoFlow Showerheads
- 250 Home Improvement Store Gift Cards ($25 value)
