Protect Bees & Native Pollinators
Many common garden products contain neonicotinoid insecticides. Even when used according to printed instructions, the concentrations are dozens of times greater than what is used in farm crops. Neonicotinoid insecticides are systemic, which means that all parts of the plant become toxic, including nectar, pollen, leaves and roots. Systemic pesticides can have irreversible, cumulative, and sublethal effects on insect pollinators linked to behavioral and immune system disruptions.
